A customer deciding whether to sign a contract needs evidence that the company can deliver what it promises. I built enterprise trust practices that connected those promises to the operating work required to keep them. The work gave people defined responsibilities for the value entrusted to the company and made their evidence usable in commercial decisions.
In one business, the evidence operations and sales trust playbook I created reduced audit volume by 97%. I co-led value defence with the General Counsel across customer, partner, and supplier agreements. Our shared work protected US$40 million in acquisition valuation.
As Chief Trust Officer, I established and led a Trust Product Organization with more than a dozen specialists. It gave trust production dedicated people, executive authority, and accountable commercial responsibilities.
