About Sabino

Sabino
Marquez.

I created Trust Value Management and originated Consequence Field Theory.

I’ve held responsibility for putting new capabilities into operation as a Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Trust Officer. I co-founded Trustable to give the research a continuing institutional home. Writing and teaching are part of how I make the work available for others to examine and use.

Executive practice

Building Enterprise Trust Operations.

A customer deciding whether to sign a contract needs evidence that the company can deliver what it promises. I built enterprise trust practices that connected those promises to the operating work required to keep them. The work gave people defined responsibilities for the value entrusted to the company and made their evidence usable in commercial decisions.

In one business, the evidence operations and sales trust playbook I created reduced audit volume by 97%. I co-led value defence with the General Counsel across customer, partner, and supplier agreements. Our shared work protected US$40 million in acquisition valuation.

As Chief Trust Officer, I established and led a Trust Product Organization with more than a dozen specialists. It gave trust production dedicated people, executive authority, and accountable commercial responsibilities.

Research and invention

Consequence Field Theory And Its Applications.

Braided traces, layered paper and drafting instruments over a field of contour lines.

Consequence Field Theory examines consequential conditions involving trust, legitimacy, authority, context, and human experience. I originated the field and authored its original theories, models, and instrument architecture. The inquiry extends across enterprise operations, economics, history, political economy, civic institutions, and the governance of time.

I created Trust Value Management to make stakeholder value safety an explicit management responsibility. Customers, employees, partners, stakeholders, and investors need warranted confidence that their value is protected. TVM-OS gives that responsibility an organizational form, including the work that produces trustworthy performance, the evidence supporting it, and its financial account.

My AI work includes the Sovereign Machine design instrument and an enterprise audit program that applies it to a defined system and use. I also serve as Canadian Ambassador for the Global Council for Responsible AI.

I create predictive financial models for recognizing trust value and attributing its creation and defence. I am developing the Continuity Capital architecture for underwriting, portfolio operation, ownership duration, and stewardship.

Writing and teaching

Writing And Public Practice.

I conduct research and write books and essays across consequence field theory, business, history, cultural inquiry, and fiction.

At Trust Club, I teach Trust Value Management to CISOs and other practitioners building the discipline inside organizations. The essays address how trust products are made, how evidence serves stakeholder decisions, and how the work is governed and accounted for.

I speak through keynotes, lectures, panels, podcasts, interviews, and practitioner sessions. These engagements put the work in conversation with executive, academic, policy, and practitioner audiences. Teaching and mentorship are continuing parts of my practice.

The continuing work

Building Trustable.

I co-founded Trustable as an independent research and invention institution. My original research forms its scientific base. With my co-founder and academic collaborators, I am building its capacity to develop field instruments, organize qualified scientific scrutiny, publish, teach, and bring useful applications into institutions.

I lead the architecture connecting the research to applications, operating models, and commercial use. Trustable holds the research and intellectual property and supports its continued development.
